Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy: Classic Cakes uses UPS to ship orders. We issue a tracking number for all orders. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. We cannot guarantee an exact shipping date. We do not ship cakes until there has been contact with the customer after the order has been received.

Orders are only received Monday-Friday during business hours 9m-5pm. If an order is placed after 5pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will receive order the next business day.

*DUE TO COVID 19, ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED. AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER PLEASE CONTACT US FOR EXPRESS OPTIONS TO ENSURE A MORE ACCURATE DELIVERY DATE. GROUND SHIPPING IS THE ONLY OPTION GIVEN ONLINE AND IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT THIS TIME.

If you choose the ground shipping online option please note there is always a chance for a delay in shipping. If you would like a more guaranteed option please call (410)860-5300 and we will be happy to discuss express shipping.

HOLIDAYS: We do not recommend shipping cakes out the week of any major holiday. (Ex: Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc...) Please allow extra shipping time for holiday orders.

Classic Cakes is not responsible for your order once your cake has been shipped. If you have a question regarding shipping, please contact Fed Ex at 1-800-463-3339 or visit www.fedex.com. 

Return Policy: If you choose the option by calling us for express shipping and your cake arrives damaged please contact Classic Cakes and we can proceed to do a claim for you. If your cake is shipped ground and does not arrive in good condition or in a timely manner we are unable to process a claim for that option.
